Returns & Refunds Policy

At Crownix, we want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below carefully.

1. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return items for a refund if you change your mind. This starts the day after you receive your order and lasts 14 days. You then have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

However, due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we can only accept returns for change of mind if the product is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original sealed packaging (including cellophane wrap if applicable)
  • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

We regret that we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened or used fragrances under the change-of-mind right, as they cannot be resold hygienically.

2. Extended Returns Window

For your convenience, we offer an extended 30-day return period from the date of receipt (exceeding the legal minimum for eligible items).

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your fragrance arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Notify us within 30 days of receipt (ideally sooner).
  • Returns for faulty items are free — we'll provide a prepaid returns label.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@crownix.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos (especially for faulty claims).
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a label (prepaid for faulty items; standard postage for change-of-mind unopened items).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    United Kingdom. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • For change-of-mind returns (unopened): We refund the full purchase price but deduct return postage costs if you paid for them (unless we offered free delivery).
  • Original delivery costs are refunded only if returning the entire order and the item qualifies.
  • Sale/final items: Subject to the same rules (unopened only for change of mind).

6. Exceptions

  • No returns on personalised, custom-blended, or made-to-order fragrances.
  • Hygiene-sealed items (e.g., if any samples or accessories are sealed): No change-of-mind returns once opened.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
